why settle for less
when we run web?

We build, host and look after software for businesses in our area, automating the admin that quietly eats your week.

Already have a software guy? We take what's left on your existing contract off your first invoice.

01 — What we do

three things, done properly.

We're a small team on purpose. You get the people who wrote your code, not a ticket queue in another time zone.

01

websites

Designed and built from scratch, fast on a phone, easy to find on Google, and simple enough that you can change your own opening hours.

  • Design & build
  • Rebuilds of tired sites
  • Online booking & enquiry forms
  • Local SEO & Google Business Profile
02

hosting & maintenance

Someone who answers. Updates, backups, uptime monitoring and content changes, handled on a flat monthly fee with no surprise invoices.

  • Managed hosting & SSL
  • Backups & recovery
  • Content and photo changes
  • One phone number, one person
03

business automation

The repetitive stuff, wired up. Usually with the tools you already pay for — we'd rather connect your systems than sell you new ones.

  • Quotes, invoices & chasing
  • Bookings & reminder texts
  • Stock, jobs & scheduling
  • Spreadsheets → something that works

02 — Making the jump

switching shouldn't feel like a gamble.

Most people we talk to don't stay with their current provider because they're happy. They stay because changing sounds risky — the site might go down, nobody knows the passwords, and the invoices are already paid. Here's exactly how we remove each of those.

  1. 01

    nothing goes dark

Your existing site stays live and untouched the entire time we build. We only flip the switch when you've clicked through the new one and told us you're happy. If the changeover ever went wrong, we point the domain back the way it was — same day.

  2. 02

you control everything, from day one

Domain, hosting, analytics, email — registered in your business's name with your details, not ours, and you hold the logins. Nothing about how your business runs sits behind a door only we can open.

  3. 03

    we do the awkward admin

We'll read your current contract, tell you plainly what it says, and handle the transfer requests and notice period with your existing provider. You don't have to have the uncomfortable phone call.

  4. 04

    no lock-in, ever

Maintenance runs month to month. Thirty days' notice and we hand over a clean export of everything, documented, to whoever comes next. We'd rather earn the next month than trap you in it.

  5. 05

a fixed number, before we start

You approve a written quote with a scope and a date on it. If we got the estimate wrong, that's our problem, not a change-request invoice.

  6. 06

    actually local

We can come and sit in your shop, office or unit and watch how the work actually happens. Hard to automate a business you've never stood inside.

03 — Contract buyout

stuck in a contract? we'll buy it out.

The most common reason people stay put is that they've already paid. So we take that off the table: show us what's left to run on your current website, hosting or software contract, and we deduct it from what you pay us.

You're never paying two providers at once just for the privilege of moving.

Credited against your build cost, up to [$ your cap]. Send us the contract — or a photo of it — and we'll work out the remaining term with you before you commit to anything.

04 — Free, no email needed

how is your site doing on google?

Put your address in and we'll read the page the way a search engine does, then score it. It's a rough number, not a full audit — but the things it looks at are the things that are actually wrong with most local business websites.

We read your homepage, your robots.txt and your sitemap — nothing else, and we don't keep any of it. Fifteen checks, about ten seconds. Some sites sit behind a firewall that won't let us read them; if yours does, we'll say so rather than guess at a score.

05 — Get a price

tell us what you need.

No packages, no per-page pricing, no "starting from". You tell us what the business actually needs and we come back with one fixed number and a date.

  • A written quote, usually within two working days
  • A straight answer if we're not the right fit
  • Your contract read and your buyout figure worked out
  • No obligation and nobody chasing you afterwards

Or just talk to a person

06 — Questions we get asked

the awkward ones, answered.

what does a website actually cost?

It depends on how much of it there is, so we won't insult you with a number before we've spoken. What we will do is give you one fixed price up front, with the scope written down, so there's no drift. Most local businesses want something in the same shape — a handful of pages, a way to be contacted or booked, and it to be findable — and we'll tell you honestly if you need less than you think.

how long does it take?

A straightforward site is usually a few weeks from the go-ahead, and most of that is waiting on words and photos rather than on us. Automation work depends entirely on what you're running now. Either way, the date goes in the quote.

my current guy built our site. won't moving break everything?

It's the right thing to worry about, and it's why we build the new site completely separately while your current one carries on. Nothing changes for your customers until you've seen the new one and said go. The domain move itself is minutes, and it's reversible.

what if you two disappear, or get hit by a bus?

Then you're not stranded: the domain and hosting are in your name, you hold every login, and it's built on ordinary technology any competent developer can pick up. We're not holding anything hostage. That's deliberate — it's also the main reason people leave their last provider.

do we have to be local to work with you?

No, but it's who we're built for. Being able to drive over, stand behind the counter and see how the job really runs is the thing that makes the automation work worth paying for.

we're mid-contract. is it worth talking now?

Yes — that's exactly the situation the contract buyout is for. Send us what you're on and we'll work out what's left to run and what we'd knock off. Plenty of people find they're closer to the end than they thought.
